- Trash Pickup: All trash is to be bagged and placed in barrels. Barrels should be left at the end of the brick walkway (where it meets the driveway) on Saturday mornings. Trash MUST be out by 7am for pickup. Please separate recyclables (metal, aluminum, plastic) into a separate bag. Please be sure to bag ALL trash.
- The dock uses boat whips to secure your boat. The ones on the left side are rated at 6000 pounds, which should handle a 24' boat. Boats must be secured by whips and also tied off to keep from moving backward/forward parallel to the dock. The smaller whip on the other side are more suited for kayaks, jet skis, etc. These whips WILL snap if used incorrectly. See picture below (copy should be on the fridge as well, please leave there for the next renter). Do call the owner if you have ANY questions about use.
- There is an underwater hazard about 10-12 feet off the top left corner of the dock. It is clearly marked with a buoy. There is also an old breakwater of rocks right below the surface on the far left side of the property, extending out about 30 feet.
- When using the firepit, please be mindful of the neighbors. Restrict fires to the evenings and fully extinguish when done.
- There are extra blankets in trunks in the living room and sitting room
- Board games and puzzles are in the dining room cabinet
- This house is on septic, so please be cautious of what goes down the drain. The outdoor shower is great and helps take pressure off the septic system during heavy usage.
- The owner will be by on Saturdays between 10 and 2 to mow the lawn.
