- Keys: The same key works on both locks on the kitchen door. You can find a key to the boat house on a hook to the left of the cellar door.
- Trash Pickup: Please be sure to have all trashed bagged and out by 9am on Saturdays. Please put the trash cans at the BOTTOM of the driveway and secure the lids. There is a dump decal here on the fridge if you would like to make a dump run yourself during your stay. Please be sure you return it after use.
- Conservation: Thank you for your thoughtful usage of the water and septic system.
- Fireplace: Damper is controlled manually by chain inside chimney (on the right).
- TV Remote: To turn on: 1) "Power" and wait until STB lights up 2) CBL or TV 3)"Power"
