• Water: The water is from a pump with a filter; it is drinkable from the tap. For the water bottle filling station, there is a button under the opening that is the on/off switch. Please turn on and off for every use. Be sure it is off when not in use. Please clean the bottom trap every few days.
• Garbage Disposal: Switch is in the cabinet under the sink, to the top right.
• Fridge/Freezer: on occasion, you may hear a knocking sound come from the ice maker. This is a normal sound and there is nothing wrong with the unit.
• Heated Floors in Bathroom: please make sure you turn them off when not in use
• Sonos: Sonos 1 only. Must be on windowsandviews network. Access through app or download app. Rooms may play selected music together or separately.
• Stove Top: This is an induction cooktop, so please ONLY use the pots and pans provided as they have the magnets needed to conduct heat. Push the power button, and then slide up for the burner you want to use. When you turn the power button off the burner will have an "H" when it's still hot. It gets very hot very fast.
• Garden: The backyard irrigation (by the driveway) is on auto control. The front yard is hand watered by a gardener, they come once per week, usually on Fridays.  Mosquito Squad comes once per month. They use a natural spray to help abate the mosquitos.  If they come when you are here, they ask that you be inside during their visit and 15 minutes after they come.
• Trash Pickup: Trash, aluminum, and Glass should all be in separate bags. Paper, newspaper and chipboard cardboard can be put in one bag together. Corrugated cardboard should be flattened and kept separate. Please bag and tie all trash and keep all bags under 50lbs in weight. All bags can be placed in the trash shed just to the right of the garage for weekly pickup on TUESDAY.
